About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Staff Product Analyst to drive data-informed decisions and optimize product performance at scale. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to analyze user behavior, define product KPIs, and deliver actionable insights that improve customer experience and business outcomes. You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate on advanced data modeling, and contribute to the design of BI solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a strong technical skillset, and can translate complex datasets into clear, compelling recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape the product data strategy while influencing key decisions across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in product analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Deep experience in BI development and visualization tools, especially Tableau.
  • Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, and analytics teams on data creation, instrumentation, and modeling.
  • Strong experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering data literacy across the organization.

  • Experience working with AI-powered products or platforms and advanced analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, UX teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, and interpret product usage data across the customer journey.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on data instrumentation and collection methodologies to ensure high-quality insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, including A/B testing and adoption studies, to inform product decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing actionable feedback to improve analysis quality and impact.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work with Enterprise Data teams to model and structure data for reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
