Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Process Change Review Board Meetings. - Align and optimize system setups globally, focusing on Best-Known Methods for the Process Change Review Board. - Lead local and global projects aimed at refining the Process Change Review Board business process. - Serve as the application owner, providing training, feedback, and solutions for resolving issues within the team. - Implement software system improvements, updates, and upgrades. - Foster a culture of internal and external customer focus throughout the organization. - Maintain the integrity of the QMS/business process during planned changes, ensuring customer requirements are met. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Desired: - 2 year of semiconductor experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data in large meetings. - Proven ability to coordinate efforts across various groups. - Working knowledge of Fab processing. - Strong data analysis and computer skills. - Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks effectively. - Proven ability to make sound, informed decisions. - Proven ability to lead and coordinate meetings. - Basic automation : excel, tableau, RPA(Robotic Process Automation) ,python As a world leader in the semiconductor industry, Micron is dedicated to your personal wellbeing and professional growth.
