About The Position

Studies have shown that many potential applicants discourage themselves from applying to jobs unless they meet every single requirement. So, if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every single qualification in the job description, nobody's perfect - and we encourage you to apply. You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Typically 8+ years Deep understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and hands-on experience designing and delivering automated cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS and OCI, with an emphasis on multi-region architectures and service replication strategies. Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices with a platform mindset focused on automation, scalability, reliability, and security/compliance by design. Proven experience integrating observability tools (APM, centralized logging, metrics) and security controls (e.g., IAM, encryption, scanning) into IaC pipelines. Ability to partner with release engineering to embed infrastructure components into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring consistent deployments across environments. Hands-on expertise managing infrastructure for Kubernetes, Amazon RDS, ElastiCache, S3, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other distributed systems. Familiarity with cross-environment data replication strategies, especially for supporting lower environments with production-like data in a secure and compliant way. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align stakeholders, including executives and business partners. Advanced proficiency with Terraform, Python, Ansible, and related scripting tools; strong debugging, error handling, and automation workflows. Proficiency in containerization (e.g., Docker) and securing container images using tools like Trivy, Snyk, or equivalent. Strong understanding of software architecture, API services, and platform-level integration patterns, including SOA/microservices best practices. Experience optimizing CI/CD processes, including code quality, security, testing automation, and compliance enforcement. Passion for platform enablement and delivering reusable, self-service infrastructure that accelerates developer velocity. High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills to manage complex, evolving infrastructure landscapes. Minimal
