Old Well Labs is a financial intelligence startup in South End, Charlotte building the institutional investment industry’s next generation of analytics tools. Our platform centralizes billions of data points on fund managers globally and leverages AI to bring clarity to complex data. We are hiring our first Platform Engineer to lead the build-out of platform engineering at OWL. This is a foundational hire who will set the long-term direction for infrastructure, security, and developer enablement while staying deeply hands-on in building it. You will partner with the VP of Engineering, along with product and data teams, to guide platform strategy and establish standards that ensure OWL’s systems scale with the company. Our DevOps model is service-driven: we build reusable tools, patterns, and automation that give engineers autonomy.
