About The Position

Promoting best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting the patient experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-centered and quality-focused Physician to join KMG Medical Group as a staff level telemedicine clinician to care for patients on our telemedicine platform and focus on delivering quality medical expertise through virtual care.
In this role, you’ll practice in an enriching environment focused on delivering quality care in a system dedicated to evidence-based medicine with advanced decision-support tools, and clinical support. You are the ideal Physician Provider if you are highly motivated by the opportunity KMG presents to dramatically redefine how care is delivered to millions of patients.

Requirements

• Active MD/DO license with board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, significant experience in weight management or mental health
• Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
• Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift a month
• Must be able to work 4 holidays and holiday weekends annually
• Physicians are required to have collaborative agreements with up to 10 Advanced Practice Providers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• No restrictions to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
• Able to deliver to patients empathetic high-quality care
• Passionate about patient education
• Willingness to work across various conditions/service lines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Consult and treat patients experiencing a variety of conditions
• Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
• Collaborate cross functionally for operational support as needed
• Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
• Other duties as assigned
