Staff Physician - Full Time Pediatric Hospitalist
About The Position

Children’s Hospital at Erlanger and the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga are looking for an outstanding individual to join our dynamic team! Why Choose Us? Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics required; Board Eligible/Certified in Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred.
- Ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Tennessee.
- Resident Teaching Experience.

Responsibilities
- Supervise inpatient teams composed primarily of pediatric residents, family medicine residents, and medical students.
- No non-teaching clinical service obligations.
- Call by phone from home on alternating nights while on service.
- Swing shifts distributed equitably among 9 hospitalists.
- Participate in quality and process improvement efforts.
- Engage in resident and medical student education in clinical and formal/didactic environments.
