About The Position

Concentra is seeking a Staff Physician to join our team in our Milwaukee, WI market! The scope of practice includes Occupational Medicine and Urgent Care. This position offers a family environment with the benefits and support of a large organization. Daily patient care is backed by evidence-based medicine, and career options are limitless. An orientation customized to your needs will be provided if you are not familiar with this area of medicine. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a potential for a 4-day work week. The role involves providing coverage throughout the Milwaukee market, with schedules provided in advance.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted medical license.
  • Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
  • Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
  • FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra's DOT training program.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience.
  • Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
  • Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
  • Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
