About The Position
The Physical Therapist in this clinic evaluates patients, provides treatment, and helps individuals move through recovery with a clear plan and steady support. The role focuses on improving physical function, reducing pain, and helping patients return to work, daily activity, and movement with better confidence and control.
Requirements
- MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- Comfortable with EMR systems, including WebPT
- Strong communication and sound clinical reasoning
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred, though strong new graduates may be considered
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and establish treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver skilled outpatient therapy services for orthopedic and functional conditions
- Reassess progress and revise treatment plans when appropriate
- Maintain complete and timely documentation in WebPT
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
- Support a smooth patient experience from evaluation through discharge
- Work closely with clinic staff to keep daily operations running well
