We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Hibbing, MN. Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Guardian Angels LTC and Outpatient, Recover Health and Aveanna Home Health, Chisholm Heritage Manor Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.8-1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32-40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will primarily treat patients in SNF/LTC, but other settings include outpatient and home health. About our Team: Our skilled clinicians work in collaborative care teams with energy and passion for providing the highest level of excellence in patient care. Offering PT, OT, and SLP services, we incorporate a multidisciplinary approach with great teamwork all around. What makes our clinic and community special is we have 3 orthopaedic specialists and 2 Lymphedema treating therapists. We serve wonderful and diverse populations. It's rewarding seeing our patients rehab home and be able to come back for outpatient services.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
