About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physical therapy services tailored to the individual needs of patients across all age groups. You’ll be supported through mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to specialize and grow within our organization.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active or eligible for South Carolina Physical Therapy License
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for professional growth and serving the local community

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based, individualized care plans
• Collaborate with other therapists and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Engage in continuous learning and pursue clinical areas of interest
• Uphold the values of quality, teamwork, and service in all interactions
• Represent ProMotion positively in community outreach initiatives
