About The Position

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, establishing treatment plans, and providing outpatient therapy aimed at improving movement, strength, and day-to-day function. This role supports recovery through consistent, goal-based care in a setting designed for steady progress rather than high patient volume.

Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Comfortable with WebPT or similar EMR systems
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled outpatient treatment for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Document care clearly in WebPT
• Educate patients on exercise, mobility, and recovery strategies
• Coordinate with support staff to maintain a smooth daily workflow
• Help patients move safely toward discharge goals
