The caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions, with all treatments conducted 1-on-1 with a patient care focus. They collaborate extensively with AdventHealth colleagues, surgeons, and referral sources to develop comprehensive healthcare approaches and guide personalized treatments. Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

• Care for patients, each other, and the community
• Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services
• Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Conduct 1-on-1 patient treatments
• Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
• Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
• Guide personalized treatments based on foundational knowledge from referral sources and surgeons
