About The Position

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, building treatment plans, and guiding them through recovery in an outpatient setting. This position plays a direct role in helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, regain strength, and return to daily routines with greater function and confidence.
The clinic schedules 1 patient per hour, uses WebPT, and offers the option to work a traditional Monday through Friday schedule or four 10-hour shifts.

Requirements

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Current CPR certification
• Comfortable with EMR systems, including WebPT
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on outpatient therapy for orthopedic and movement-related conditions
• Reassess patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharges in WebPT
• Instruct patients on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Coordinate with clinic staff to support smooth patient care and scheduling
• Maintain clear communication with patients throughout the course of treatment
