We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Annandale, MN. Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Annandale Care Center Position type: Fixed Term Casual Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 20 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position offers a diverse work experience across multiple healthcare settings including OP, HH, and SNF. This position would primarily be with geriatrics, ortho aftercare, treat balance and falls and general deconditioning. You can build caseload and hours. Requirements
- Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
