About The Position
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient clinic in Plantation with a schedule of 1 patient per hour. This role is ideal for a PTA who wants a structured workday and the opportunity to help patients move through treatment with steady support and direct clinical guidance.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Current CPR certification
- Comfort with WebPT or similar EMR systems
Nice To Haves
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through prescribed exercise and functional activities
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the PT
- Reinforce home programs and treatment instructions
- Complete timely and accurate charting in WebPT
- Support a smooth and professional patient experience during each visit
