Requirements

• Active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacist license within the state of residence.
• Registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Ability and willingness to work at a computer screen for long periods if needed.
• Demonstrated excellent leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage pharmacy operations.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and adherence to ethical standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Help with oversight of all Pharmacy Technicians and delivery personnel.
• Maintain appropriate documentation for services rendered, including prescription records and patient profiles.
• Coordinate the provision of pharmaceutical services and the delivery of medications and products to patients.
• Ensure the security of legend drugs and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in the quality assurance program to maintain and improve pharmacy operations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality with medication profiles and sensitive information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
• Conduct patient consultations, prescription verification, and drug utilization review.
