The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience by embracing the Customer 1st strategy and inspiring associates to deliver excellent customer service. This role involves establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns. Key objectives include achieving sales and profit goals for the department, controlling quality assurance standards and expenses, and properly scheduling and staffing technicians to meet business needs. The Staff Pharmacist will monitor all functions, duties, and activities within the department and is expected to demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
