As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role in delivering this purpose, modeling values, and demonstrating genuine care for patients. You will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and are accountable for the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. A key component of the role is keeping customers and patients healthy through patient care programs. Additionally, you will lead with empathy, motivate and develop your staff, identify business opportunities, implement solutions, adapt to change, collaborate, align others around purpose, and contribute to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride, applying knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS.
