About The Position

As a part time, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. About the Facility: Lake Behavioral Hospital provides a variety of behavioral health services including inpatient and partial hospitalization for adolescents ages 13-17, inpatient and intense outpatient programs for adults ages 18 and up, as well as inpatient services to older adults ages 55 and up. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of Optum Health Pharmacy hours Mon-Fri 8AM- 4PM Weekends 8 AM-2PM You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
Illinois Pharmacist licensure in good standing
Recent work experience as a pharmacist
Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility
Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns, and work cooperatively with other staff
