Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety.
- Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare providers.
- Review and interpret physician prescriptions for appropriateness and accuracy.
- Monitor patient medication therapies and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and pharmacy audits.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements and best practices.
