Staff Pharmacist - Full Time - Bilingual Spanish VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) has an exciting new opportunity for a Full Time Bilingual Spanish Staff Pharmacist to work within our retail pharmacy located inside Mary's Center in Washington, DC. VytlOne offers an integrated approach to patient care, as the pharmacy team collaborates closely with the doctors and nurses in the healthcare center. The pharmacy team will be an integral part of the care team for each patient. So, you would have a direct hand in improving outcomes. Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Pharm D or equivalent demonstrated experience required
  • Current/Clear DC Pharmacist license
  • Experience: Prior experience working in a fast paced retail setting
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of local, state, and federal accrediting body and OSHA rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for performing all of the dispensing duties of a pharmacist, that all customers receive safe and accurate dispensing, and for adhering to all State and Federal Pharmacy laws regarding the dispensing of medications, record keeping, etc.
  • Successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding and enhancing clinical services in the ambulatory care setting including MTM in this position.
  • Pharmacist will precept pharmacy students and residents and serve as a drug information resource to patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • May be occasionally asked to float to other DC pharmacies to cover for PTO.
