Position: Staff Pharmacist - Boston, MA Are you a licensed pharmacist looking to expand your expertise into the exciting world of nuclear medicine? As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceuticals that support diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Interest or experience in nuclear pharmacy or radiopharmaceuticals (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispensing radiopharmaceutical doses in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory standards.
• Compounding radiopharmaceuticals, including generator elution and formulation.
• Performing quality control checks and equipment calibrations to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Conducting contamination surveys, sterility and pyrogenicity testing, and other quality assurance procedures.
• Packaging and labeling shipments in compliance with transport regulations.
• Supporting radiation safety protocols, including spill response and exposure investigations.
• May serve as Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) when designated.
