About The Position

We are seeking motivated and experienced Full Time Staff Pharmacists to join our team at AuBurn Pharmacy Long Term Care. As Staff Pharmacist, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, provide clinical leadership, and ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to our long-term care residents. Our closed-door pharmacy, located in Olathe, KS, services local nursing homes, group homes and other similar facilities. With a commitment to quality care and personalized service, we are passionate about improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall healthcare experience. This is a very fast paced environment, requiring someone with high attention to detail and work ethic.

Requirements

• Experience in long-term care (LTC)
• Familiarity with FrameworkLTC or QS1 software
• Excellent management and supervisory skills
• Ability to multitask and focus on customer service
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations

• Integrate eMAR and manage sterile and non-sterile compounding
• Utilize various types of packaging and automation
