Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient care programs are effectively implemented.
• Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments and addressing development opportunities.
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve pharmacy performance.
• Adapt to changes in the community healthcare setting and adjust plans accordingly.
• Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
