Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

  • Advocate for patient-centered care and adapt to a diverse patient base.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in patient care, including counseling and processing prescriptions.
  • Engage in community involvement and outreach events.
  • Understand business operations, including inventory control and compliance.
  • Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer service approaches.
  • Utilize tools and data to understand community health concerns.
  • Provide pharmaceutical care, including dispensing prescriptions and administering immunizations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Create a culture of patient care, safety, and accuracy.
  • Implement compliance initiatives and monitor execution.
