About The Position

The Staff Pharmacist in Retail PRN Central Fill/Mail Order at MetroHealth provides proficient pharmacy services while upholding the organization's mission and customer service standards. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Current Pharmacist License from the State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate from APhA or equivalent.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA.
• Strong knowledge of billing practices for Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Meets the legal requirements for a Terminal Distributor of Dangerous Drugs (TDDD) license.

Nice To Haves

• Pharm.D. degree from a State of Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Completion of an ASHP accredited residency.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in time management and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide Retail Pharmacy Services at a proficient level of Pharmacy practice.
• Uphold the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
• Manage medication therapy and billing practices for Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
• Supervise support staff and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
