About The Position

We are seeking a talented Staff Penetration Tester to join our Technology Solutions Team. You will execute IT security assessments and penetration tests and leverage your skills to assist clients with various IT and business issues. Remote and hybrid work options available for our ideal candidate!

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field or relevant experience
• 0-3 years of experience in IT Assessments and Penetration Testing
• Professional certification, such as, OSCP, CEH, PNPT, GPEN, CPTS, CBBH, eCPPT, or eJPT, eWPT
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines while ensuring quality and exceeding client expectations
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
• Passion for coaching others to higher levels of performance
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
• Unwavering integrity in all situations

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification, such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM is a plus
• Familiarity of programming languages such as Python, GO, C#, C++, or C
• Understanding of one or more of the following: Active Directory, Cloud Security, Cloud Infrastructure, Web Application Security, and Network Security

Responsibilities

• Performing vulnerability and penetration testing engagements for clients
• Performing detailed assessments of information technology systems and infrastructures to verify systems are secure and support the related applications or business processes
• Developing project plans, work programs, evaluating system controls, documenting results, making recommendations, and communicating information to clients
• Assist with continuous development and evolution of penetration testing methodology and tool set
• Participating in information technology related consulting projects
• Completing engagements within budget and deadlines while providing a high-level of client satisfaction
• Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise
• Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Providing a 'wow' experience to every client
• Contributing to the success of our clients' organizations
• Teaching and developing associates allowing them to reach their goals
