Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
Active Connecticut medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Ability to obtain DEA registration and Connecticut state narcotic registration .
Ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care in an efficient and compassionate manner.
Experience or willingness to provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population with complex healthcare needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with patients, colleagues, and healthcare stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation .
Ability to make evidence-based clinical decisions while adhering to departmental and organizational quality standards.
Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical technology.
Strong problem-solving skills , accountability, and professionalism in a collaborative clinical environment.
