About The Position

The Staff Pathologist position at Peconic Bay Medical Center is a full-time role for an AP or AP/CP Board Certified Pathologist. Requirements

• MD/DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
• Fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty, preferably in GYN pathology.

• Experience in a community hospital setting.
• Interest in overseeing clinical laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic pathology services in a community hospital setting.
• Participate in daily subspecialty pathology consensus conferences.
