About The Position

Responsible for evaluating and treating patients within the WashU Eye Center. The position involves performing refractive exams, contact lens fitting and dispensing, emergency exams, and evaluation and management of medical diseases of the eye. The individual will discuss and interpret findings with patients and suggest appropriate remedies, while adhering to established compliance guidelines, quality, safety, and hazardous material procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Ophthalmology.
