About The Position

The Staff Operations Officer at Core One plays a crucial role in supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) program by managing case responsibilities, foreign partner relationships, and administrative tasks. This position requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph and involves a range of responsibilities from project management to preparing reports and briefings for senior executives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities for Level 2.
• Demonstrated experience with customer case management and with customer messaging system for Level 2.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities for Level 3.
• Experience working with/managing foreign partner relationships for Level 3.
• Minimum of 11 years' experience performing the full range of case management and desk responsibilities for Level 4.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners for Level 4.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) for Level 3 and above.
• Demonstrated understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge for Level 3 and above.
• Knowledge of financial institutions, how money is transferred worldwide, and threat finance topics as published in USG and IC products for Level 3 and above.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of case management and desk responsibilities, including providing guidance, performing reviews, writing talking points and requirements.
• Manage foreign partner relationships.
• Prepare budgets and manage administrative plans.
• Prepare reports for senior executives.
• Manage and track projects.
• Conduct research and analysis on behalf of the customer.
• Prepare and present briefings and participate in meetings with senior officials.
