About The Position

The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and caregivers at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center. This role involves patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings and access points to ensure safety and security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Ohio driver's license with no more than 4 points.
• Minimum of one year of security experience.
• Experience with CCTV operations and alarm monitoring.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically capable of performing all required duties.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital security experience preferred.
• OPOTA/OPOTC certification or equivalent.
• Previous hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the property to ensure safety and security.
