About The Position
CGS is seeking a skilled Staff Officer (SO) â Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, coordinating initiatives, managing priorities, and facilitating executive decision support. Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
