Requirements
- Associate degree or diploma in Nursing (or higher)
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN or LPN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass ACHA Level 2 screening-

- Experience in acute care, rehab, hospital, home health, or hospice
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, assessments, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must participate in 5 Star Cares Emergency/Disaster Team (A, B, or C)
Nice To Haves
- IV therapy
- Pediatric and young adult care
- Trach and G-tube management
- Wound care
- Ventilator experience (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Submit timely progress reports to the clinical team and physicians
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on orders and assessments
- Support patients and families with education and guidance
- Coordinate all aspects of patient care and collaborate with the care team
- Respond to emergencies with confidence and clinical expertise
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure proper equipment sanitation
- Report changes in symptoms or condition promptly
- Promote a supportive, respectful environment for all patients
