Staff Nurse - Baylor, 3 Tower, Full Time
About The Position
Full Time, 7pm-7:30am, varied days to include every other weekend Utilizing the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) provides and documents professional nursing care to medical patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Coordinates and delegates the care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel. Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s). Demonstrate the ability to assist with peritoneal dialysis on patients. Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
- ADN degree.
- BLS certified.
