The Resource Team at McLean provides flexible, responsive care by supporting all 10 inpatient units and the Clinical Evaluation Center based on real-time staffing needs. Team members ensure continuity of care across diverse clinical settings, adapting quickly to different patient populations and unit protocols. Job Summary Summary The RN will provide brief therapy and psychoeducation around treatment, diagnosis, and medications. Duties include coordinating medical care with other McLean services and external clinics and hospitals. Additionally, the RN will provide containment and support for the community given that this is a milieu-based treatment committed to implementing specific evidence-based principles of interpersonal management. They will also be responsible for MAP certification training and testing for counselors and for providing nursing care within the standards of the department, hospital and regulatory agencies.
