Now Hiring: Weekend-Only LPNs & RNs (Night Shifts) 📍 Location: Lutz area 🕒 Shifts: 12-Hour Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) 📅 Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays Only /every weekend or every other weekend 👥 Patient Ratio: 1:6 Looking for a fulfilling, flexible weekend role? Requirements
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in: Acute Care Home Health Hospice Rehab or Hospital Setting
- will consider 6 months LPN/RN + CNA/DSP/HHA experience (must have 2+ years exp)
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Willing to participate in designated emergency response teams (Team A, B, or C)

- Pediatric and young adult care
- Ventilator, trach, and G-tube management
- Wound care, IV administration, and acute interventions
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and update care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
- Respond confidently to emergencies with professionalism and poise
