This position is 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area. As a Staff Nurse (RN), you will deliver patient-centered, outcome-driven care across the perioperative continuum. You will be accountable for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while ensuring the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

Requirements

BSN from an NLN accredited school of nursing
Active Illinois RN license
Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in a high-acuity environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Deliver and coordinate care for patients with complex neurological needs
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document all aspects of care in accordance with hospital policies
Participate in patient care conferences and continuous care improvement
Support smooth transitions of care from hospital to home
Ensure efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality care
Serve as a charge nurse as assigned
Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative environment
Contribute to unit goals, process improvements, and staff engagement initiatives
Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement efforts
Promote a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture
