Department: Student Health Service Job Summary: Assess and identify patients' needs; implement and monitor the patient's medical plan and treatment. Ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of the University. Job Description: Provides care supportive to and restorative of health and well-being. Coordinates nursing care activities with other health disciplines involved in the treatment effort. Develops a written individualized care plan which includes teaching needs. Administers medications.
