Join Boeing’s Occupational Health team in Berkeley, MO as a Staff Nurse to support employees nationwide by ensuring safe, compliant access to occupational healthcare, coordinating medical qualifications and return-to-work plans, and delivering hands-on clinical care at the St. Louis Occupational Health Clinic. This role blends case coordination, regulatory oversight, interdepartmental collaboration, and direct patient care. The Staff Nurse supports Boeing’s National Site Support Health Services program by managing clinic relationships, scheduling occupational exams, reviewing medical documentation, coordinating return-to-work and fitness-for-duty processes, and providing clinical services (triage, wound care, immunizations, phlebotomy, vision/hearing screens, drug testing, spirometry) in the St. Louis clinic as needed. The role requires careful documentation, regulatory compliance, and frequent in-person, telephonic, and email communication with employees, managers, community clinics, and internal business partners. The ideal candidate is a highly conscientious and organized nurse who is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and empathetic. Strong communicator and collaborator who can work with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, protect confidential information, and navigate regulatory requirements with professional judgment.
