About The Position

VIRTAUL WARD AND HOSPITAL AT HOME TEAM - COMMUNITY NURSE If you are creative, a dynamic thinker and want to influence people to develop similar proactive ideals, The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is the place for you. As a Community Nurse at the Virtual Ward you will be expected to manage daily operations of caseload, triage referrals for admission, support staff with patient escalation. Troubleshoot, safety net and make clinical decisions to keep patients safe at home. In addition, you will further develop junior staff. Proficiency in IT and the ability to quickly learn multiple computer systems are crucial for this position. Please note this vacancy role requires face to face patient management as well as virtual management and therefore the team members will be expected to conduct face to face assessments in line with patient/ caseload needs.
