Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
At least 1 year of nursing or related experience
Experience with patient education and case management
Strong knowledge of specialty medications and infusion techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Certification in Oncology Nursing OR at least 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum of 2,000 hours in Adult Oncology Nursing Practice.
Home care or telephonic nursing
Specialty Disease Certification (for example, Multiple Sclerosis, Oncology)

Responsibilities

Educate and train patients on new injectable therapies and medication use
Provide telephonic and video case management to support medication compliance
Assess patient administration techniques and address medication concerns
Coordinate medication shipments and facilitate timely delivery
Maintain multi-state nursing licensure and complete required CEUs
