About The Position
The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
- Current nursing license, state of California
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS required
- Basic Arrhythmia, Basic 12-lead EKG, and a Critical Care course are required within 6 months of hire
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage/prioritize/delegate patient care
- Complete work assignments and other duties as assigned
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
