About The Position

The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.

Requirements

• Current nursing license, state of California
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
• ACLS certification
• Basic Arrhythmia certification
• Basic 12-lead EKG certification
• Completion of a Critical Care course required or obtained within 6 months of hire
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manage, prioritize, and delegate patient care
• Complete work assignments and other duties as assigned
• Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
