Long Term Care – Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) As a skilled nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and building lasting relationships with your patients. Position Highlights: Brand new, state-of-the-art facility Weekend and shift incentive pay Up to 28 days of paid time off per year Generous and affordable health insurance for you and your family Responsibilities: The primary purpose of your job is to assist and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such activity must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that governing our facility, and as may be directed by the director of Nursing, to ensure that the highest degree of total quality care is maintained at all times. Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree and a current RN or LPN license from the state of Colorado (or a compact state). Experience: Must have a minimum, one (1) year experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other comparable institution. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices. Licenses/Certification : LPN/RN in state of Colorado. Compensation: RN - $33.00/hr - $43.50/hr, DOE LPN - $26.00 - $32.50/hour DOE Current GVH employees transferring departments are not eligible for the Sign N Stay Bonus Physical Requirements Occasionally (0-33%) - Standing, sitting, change position, reaching, reach across midline, crouching/squatting, kneeling, lifting/lowering (0-50 lbs), carrying (0-50 lbs), pushing/pulling (0-50 lbs).
