About The Position
The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Requirements
- Current nursing license, state of California
- No prior experience required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage/prioritize/delegate patient care
- Complete work assignments and other duties as assigned
- Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card
- ACLS
- Basic Arrhythmia
- Basic 12-lead EKG
- Critical Care course required or obtained within 6 months of hire
