About The Position

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in nursing
• 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care to patients and families
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu
• Providing education to patients and families
• Facilitating group therapies
• Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff
