Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area. Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors. Fosters and maintains collaborative relationships between patients, their family/support group, physicians, and other healthcare providers through timely and effective communications. Job Description : Job Description EDUCATION Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Required BSN Preferred DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE 6+ months of previous clinical experience in L&D at a acute care facility. LICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS Registered Nurse - CA State Licensure - RN Required Basic Life Support Certification - BLS Required Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS Required Neonatal Resuscitation Provider - NRP Required Advanced Fetal Monitoring - AFM Required SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to make fine discrimination in sound Ability to work with bodily fluids and substances Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances Handles emergency or crisis situations Subject to varying and unpredictable situations OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk) Assist with lifting, supporting, maneuvering, and adjusting the position of patients weighing over 200 pounds.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
6+ months of previous clinical experience in L&D at a acute care facility.
Registered Nurse - CA State Licensure - RN Required
Basic Life Support Certification - BLS Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS Required
Neonatal Resuscitation Provider - NRP Required
Advanced Fetal Monitoring - AFM Required
Ability to make fine discrimination in sound
Ability to work with bodily fluids and substances
Contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances
Handles emergency or crisis situations
Subject to varying and unpredictable situations
OSHA Risk Category I (High Risk)

Pay Range is $78.94 to $106.81 / hour
Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
