About The Position

Responsible for the delivery of professional nursing services which will address the physical, psycho-social, spiritual, cultural, developmental, and age-appropriate needs of each individual patient/family. Accountable for the care of patients within an assigned unit, and coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May serve on Advanced Care and Evaluation (ACE) Team as determined by department leadership. As a member of our clinical care team, you will have the opportunity to work with your Nurse Manager to identify career development opportunities including (but not limited to), championing quality initiatives, participating in committees, and training to charge and/or precept.

Requirements

• Graduate of a school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification (within 6 months of hire).

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum six (6) months recent Critical Care experience.
• Critical Care (CCRN) certification.
• ACLS certification.
• TNCC certification.
• CEN certification.
• PALS certification.
