The position involves utilizing the Nursing Process, which includes Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation, and Evaluation, to provide and document professional nursing care to patients. This care is to be delivered in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies, and Standard Work. The nurse will coordinate and delegate care to other professionals and ancillary personnel, ensuring effective communication of findings to the appropriate individuals. Additionally, the nurse is required to obtain NRP certification within one year of hire and complete an annual review of unit-specific Code A responsibilities. The role may also involve performing other job-related duties as requested by the Nurse Manager or Director.
